By commissioning any of my services, you agree to the following terms:

CONTENT
AGREEMENT
This agreement is between I, the Artist, and you, the Client, for work services performed on a project known as the Work.
I reserve the right to refuse to accept projects if it does not fit with my studio.
By commissioning, you confirm you are at least 18 and above and agree to all of the terms of service as listed below.
The date for this agreement is upon the first inquiry/communication for the commission or upon the first transaction made.
DO'S & DONT'S
I have the right to refuse any project, some of the content that I am not comfortable working with but are not limited include:

ORDER PROCESS
Commission Application is taken via Google Forms; in the week following the closing of the applications, I will be contacting those whose applications were accepted.
Orders over $400 usd must pay 50% at start and 50% mid way.
When invoice or payment link is received, the Client agrees to pay within 72 hours unless circumstances are communicated otherwise in advance, or the project/waitlist position may be canceled by the Artist.
Invoices will be made and sent via PayPal. Payments will only be accepted through PayPal. (could be discussed in some cases).
The commission is considered done once the final work has been delivered and client has given approval or if the client hasn't replied in 48 hrs.
REFUND POLICY
A refund can be issued if:
For any unforeseen reason I cannot complete the Work or the Work is significantly delayed by 3 weeks past deadline, I will take initiative to inform you and provide a partial or full refund.
The client has paid full or partial and requests a refund before I could START working on the commission.
The client's commission is canceled by the artist.
A refund cannot be issued if:
The rigging phase has begun, unless special circumstances listed in here where to happen.
Refund amounts:
100% of the total commission is the client requests to cancel their commission before any work has been done/shown.
70% of the total commission if the artwork has been done but the rigging hasn't been started (art+rig commissions)
No more than 40% of the total commission if head XY or body XY has been done.
WORKFLOW
Turn around time depends on the commission type & complexity. You can check approximate times here(If the commission has an specific deadline, clients are encouraged to inform the artist.
In the case that permission is given to livestream working on your commission, there is a possibility that I will test the movement of your model with tracking software on stream.
In case that permission is given, the process of the commission will be shown in my social media (Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok).
Canvas size will normally be around 4000x8000 pixels for Model Art. Texture size will be 4096x4096 but can be adjusted smaller or bigger if necessary.
Progress videos and pictures will be sent to the client, adjustments are made according to feedback.
Once Model artwork is finished, accepted and the rigging processed has begun, I will NOT go back to editing the artwork/ Art model.
If there any any small adjustments desired by the client after trying out the model, these points will be fixed and I will send a new version of the files.
If tracking settings need any adjustments, assistance will be provided to the client.
If the client desires to add any extras later on, we can discuss them.
PRICES & REFUNDS
Prices are in USD
Invoices will be made and sent via PayPal. Payments will only be accepted through PayPal. (could be discussed in some cases).
I do not offer refunds after the complete artwork is done. Refunds are not possible unless initiated by the Artist.
Individual slots will not be taken until I completely finish discussing the details with the client and receive payment.
Complete payment upfront is preferred (Under $400).
-Optional 50% payment at start and 50% mid way (Over $400).

CREDITS & RIGHTS
I retain original copyright and ownership of the Work, which includes but may not be limited to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the Work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion. I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.
Client retains original ownership & copyright of their own character. Clients are allowed to use & redistribute their model as they please.
Clients may not claim Work (the model) as their own or anyone else’s and therefore must credit me as the Artist using my social tag/username/link (@moondara)
Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned art and or rig for NFT’s (Non Fungible Tokens) or any blockchain purposes.
The process will likely be posted i.e. on Twitter, Tiktok and/or streamed on Twitch/Tiktok unless Clients request otherwise before the project begins.
